We’re a group of queer friends organizing community camping events. Our website is queercampoutnm.org.

Data we collect & why

• Registration: When you sign up, we collect your name, phone, and email to send you event updates.
• Demographics: We collect info like gender, age, and ethnicity to help us understand who our community is and ensure our events are inclusive.
• Safety: We ask for an emergency contact and any health info (like allergies) you want us to know to keep you safe during the trip. 
• Mailing List: We only send Queer Campout news. You can hop off the list whenever you like.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in while you browse. These are just small files that identify your session so you don’t have to re-enter your password on every page.

Sharing your info

We don’t sell or give away your info. We only share it if you give us the green light, or if we’re legally required to do so.

You can ask us to see what info we have about you or ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing us.
