Registration is OPEN! 2026 QTBIPOC Community Events

Registration is officially OPEN for our 2026 QTBIPOC Community Events! This year, we are using a single registration form for two incredible events. You can use it to sign up for either one or choose to join us for both.

The Events Overview

Pre-Camp Cookout & Pool Party

  • When: Saturday, May 30, 2026
  • The vibe: Swimming, eating, and connecting before we head into the woods. We will provide the main grill items. Please feel free to bring sides, drinks, or lawn games to share!

QTBIPOC Campout Weekend

  • When: June 26 – 29, 2026
  • The vibe: A collaborative, community-created space to camp out, enjoy nature, rest, and co-create an intentional space together.

Important Registration Details

Our registration form is thorough because we want to make sure everyone is as safe, comfortable, and well-resourced as possible on the land. It takes about 10–15 minutes to fill out.

Please be sure to complete your form early so our grassroots organizing team can lock in all the logistics!

Registration is Open for TGNC Camp!

If you identify as transgender, two-spirit, intersex, genderqueer, nonbinary, or otherwise gender non-conforming, you can now register for our spring camp to be held May 15th through May 18th!

Please read our previous post for important Policy Updates and FAQ for this camp. Our general camp FAQ is being updated and will be linked in a future post.

We will never turn anyone away for lack of funds, ever. We ask that all campers who are able make a contribution to help cover the costs of the campground rental and supplies needed for the weekend. We suggest a sliding scale of $10-25 per camper, and we encourage those with financial privilege to pay it forward.

We accept donations through Venmo, Cash App, and GiveButter, as well as via cash during events. Thank you for supporting our mission as you are able.

The days are once again getting longer and Queer Camp Out’s 2026 season is approaching! Thank you all for surviving, for showing up, and for supporting our mission! 

We have booked three camps for 2026! In addition to QTBIPOC and All Queers camp, we are excited to announce a specialty camp for Trans and Gender Non-Conforming folks!
